Punctuality:
We value and respect time, yours and ours, so if for any reason we will be late for a scheduled appointment, we will contact you to advise you of the new estimated time of arrival.
Likewise we ask that if your plans change and you won’t be at the scheduled location at the time agreed, please advise us ASAP so that we can adjust or reschedule your appointment. By giving us reasonable notice you can avoid a ‘No Show’ fee being applied (to cover our travel costs and lost time).
Multi-site visits:
This applies primarily to trade type businesses that have a number of employees working at different locations.
We will happily look after your testing & tagging at multiple locations, however if there are only a few tools at a particular site, rather than charging you a minimum charge per site, a multi-site charge will apply (to cover our travel costs) and your testing & tagging will generally be charged at the applicable per item rate.
